Voices for Democracy and Justice is an independent platform run by independent and citizen journalists, amplifying stories about democracy, human rights, justice, and the issues shaping communities across Madagascar.

We cover politics, governance, environment, climate justice, education, health, inequality, media freedom, corruption, and community rights. We give space to voices that are often ignored or silenced, while remaining independent from political and institutional influence.

15 septambra - Andro iraisampirenena ho an'ny demôkrasia

Andro iray tsy azo dinganina fotsiny izao ny 15 septambra, indrindra ho an'ny tranonkala toa an'i Voices for Democracy and Justice. Natokan'ny Firenena Mikambana io andro io tamin'ny taona 2007 ho Andro Iraisampirenena ho an'ny Demôkrasia. Ny Vohikalantsika anefa antsoina hoe Feo ho an'ny demôkrasia sy ny Rariny.

Tsy kisendrasendra ny nametrahana azy ho eo amin'io andro io fa mifanandrify indrindra amin'ny daty 15 septambra 1997 nankatoavan'ny IPU na ny Vaomiera Iraisam-Parlemantera avy amin'ny firenena maro nivory tao Kairo renivohitr'i Ejipta ny Fanambaràna Iraisampirenena momba ny Demôkrasia. Tamin'ny 8 novambra 2007 no nankatoavan'ny Firenena Mikambana nandritra ny Fivoriambe nataony ny hametrahana ny datin'ny 15 septambra ho Andro ho an'ny Demôkrasia.

Mandritra io andro io no hanaovana jery tombana  manerantany ny toeran'ny demôkrasia isam-pirenena. Tafiditra ao anatin'ny masontsivan'ny tombana ny famaliana ireto fanontaniana ireto:

  • Mandray anjara amin'ny raharaham-pirenena tokoa ve ny olom-pirenena?
  • Voaaro ve ny fahalalahana maneho hevitra, ny fahalalahana mivory sy manangana fikambanana?
  • Voahaja ve ny zon'olombelona?
  • Mangarahara ve ny fitantanam-panjakana?
  • Omena lanja ve ny firaisamonim-pirenena sy ireo fampitam-baovao miahy tena?

Napetraka ny andro ho fampahatsiahivana ho an'ny rehetra fa manan-jo hiaina ao amin'ny firenena ahafahana maneho hevitra sy miteny ny tsirairay. Rafitra politika ny demôkrasia ahafahan'ny vahoaka manapa-kevitra amin'ireo fitsipika ahafahana miara-miaina tsy misy raorao. Olona voafidin'ny olompirenena ara-dalàna sy ara-drariny no manao ny lalàna, ary misy ny fitsipika arahina rehefa manapa-kevitra.

Ho antsika eto Madagasikara, ny Fikambanana Transarency International Initiative Madagascar no fantatra fa mikarakara hetsika tsy fahita firy. Amin'ny endrika mahazatra ny Malagasy no anatontosany izany eo amin'ny tohatoha-bato Antaninarenina. Toy ny mametraka lamba amin'ny fanahazana ny olona hametraka ny heviny efa voasoratra an-taratasy, ka afa-mamaky sy manoratra izay heviny avokoa ny mpandalo rehetra amin'io andron'ny 15 septambra 2026 io. Koa asakasakao na handeha hanoratra sy hamaky ianao na ataonao ho toy ny andro hafa mahazatra ity andro ity.

Why Every Voice Matters in a Democracy

Democracy depends on participation. In times of injustice, silence helps the oppressor not the oppressed. Every voice no matter how small has power.

Voices for Democracy and Justice exists to amplify those often unheard. Whether you're voting, protesting, creating, or simply speaking out, you're part of the movement for change.

Raise your voice. Justice and democracy need all of us.
